1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Chromify, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.
2. The service
Chromify provides AI-assisted tools for generating images and creating, texturing, and exporting 3D models. Features may change, be interrupted, or produce incomplete results.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Chromify the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content to operate the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
4. AI output and user responsibility
Outputs may be inaccurate, unsafe, non-unique, or unsuitable for manufacturing. You must inspect and validate every output, including geometry and print safety, before use.
5. Accounts, payments, and termination
You are responsible for account security and activity. Any future paid terms, refunds, taxes, suspension rights, and termination procedures must be completed before paid launch.
6. Disclaimers and liability
