Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, privacy, contracts, export controls, or platform security.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual exploitation or abuse content, especially involving minors.
• Instructions or assets intended to facilitate violence, weapons, fraud, malware, or other serious harm.
• Hateful, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Infringing content or impersonation without authorization.
• Attempts to bypass safeguards, probe other accounts, overload systems, scrape the service, or resell access without permission.

Physical-world safety

Do not rely on generated models for safety-critical, medical, structural, food-contact, child-safety, or regulated uses without qualified engineering review, testing, and required approvals.

Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary. Placeholder: counsel must finalize reporting, appeals, law-enforcement response, and repeat-infringer procedures.
